If the primary school teachers cannot be assigned as non-academic work, election work as well as disaster and management work and any other type of educational work, then the state government has issued a circular to the education department and a circular has been issued by the Joint Director of Education.  

This non-academic work is being given to all the employees of the State Government and the work which is to be done by the employee has to be done except during teaching hours or on holidays only.
